Advantages and disadvantages of different cat litters

1. Bentonite Cat Litter

Made from bentonite clay, forms clumps for easy cleaning. Widely available and affordable, but may produce dust, may not be suitable for kittens, and is not flushable.

2. Tofu Cat Litter

Food-grade ingredients - corn starch and pea fiber, harmless if accidentally ingested. Eco-friendly, biodegradable, fast water absorption, good clumping, odor control. Gentle on paws and water-soluble, can be flushed, very convenient, low dust, medium price.

3. Crushed Tofu Cat Litter

Made from crushed tofu cat litter, lasts longer per quantity, high utilization with no waste, finer particles, better paw feel for cats, more expensive than tofu cat litter.

4. PH Cat Litter

Normal cat urine pH is typically between 6.0-6.5. pH cat litter detects ammonia concentration - if ammonia is higher than normal, the litter turns blue, indicating potential illness in cats.
